Privacy notice

How INXReady uses interview and visa-preparation data.

Last updated 14 August 2026

Who controls your data

INAXX operates INXReady. Contact privacy@inaxx.co.uk about privacy requests.

What we use and why

We use account details to provide access and billing; CVs, job descriptions and interview responses to create personalised job practice; and visa details or supporting evidence to create visa question banks and practice interviews. We do not need unrelated identifiers, so redact or omit information that is not necessary.

AI processing and research

Relevant extracts and selected images may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate preparation material. Web research is limited to roles, organisations, industry standards and official visa guidance; INXReady instructs the model not to search for candidates. AI output can be wrong and is practice guidance, not immigration or legal advice.

Retention and security

New visa evidence expires after 30 days. It is encrypted at application level when stored, restricted to the signed-in account and served with no-store download controls. Other practice records remain until you delete them or close your account, subject to legal requirements.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by hosting, database, email, payment and AI service providers acting under INAXX’s instructions. Their processing locations and safeguards must be recorded in INAXX’s processor register and contracts.

Your choices and rights

You can delete visa data or all practice data from Data & privacy. You may also ask for access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or erasure where those rights apply. Contact INAXX first; you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.

Operational responsibilities

This product notice supports transparency but does not replace INAXX’s DPIA, records of processing, lawful-basis assessment, processor agreements, incident response, staff training or retention schedule.
