Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Application and appointment
Participation is subject to approval by INAXX LTD, trading as INXReady (“INXReady”, “we”, “us”). Approval is personal to the applicant, non-exclusive and may be limited to stated channels, countries or audiences. You act as an independent affiliate and have no authority to bind INXReady, negotiate on our behalf or represent yourself as our employee, agent or exclusive representative.
2. Honest and identifiable promotion
You must describe INXReady accurately, use current approved information and make the commercial relationship clear wherever you publish an affiliate link or code. In the United Kingdom, affiliate content must be obviously identifiable as advertising; use a prominent label such as “Ad” or “Advertisement” and disclose that you may earn commission. When targeting other countries, you must also follow the advertising, endorsement and consumer-protection rules applicable there.
3. Permitted and prohibited methods
You may use genuine editorial, educational, community, email or social content that is lawful and relevant to your declared audience. You must not use spam, purchased contact lists without valid permission, misleading earnings or outcome claims, fake reviews, impersonation, cookie stuffing, adware, forced clicks, self-referrals, fabricated transactions, unauthorised incentives, deceptive domains or paid-search advertising that impersonates or competes with INXReady’s brand terms.
4. Tracking and qualifying referrals
Attribution depends on the approved coupon or referral link being recorded during the purchase journey. A dashboard figure is an operational estimate, not a payment confirmation. Duplicate, fraudulent, test, self-referred, reversed or otherwise ineligible activity may be excluded. The partner profile, campaign settings and any written commercial schedule issued by INXReady determine the applicable commission rate and qualifying transaction rules.
5. Commission and reporting
Your dashboard shows attributed conversions, recorded paid revenue and estimated commission. Final approval, payment cycle, payment method and any threshold are confirmed in your commercial schedule or directly by INXReady. You must promptly raise reporting questions and keep payment details accurate.
6. Brand and intellectual property
While your account is active, INXReady grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use approved programme assets solely to promote INXReady. You may not alter logos in a misleading way, register confusing brand names or imply endorsement of another product. All goodwill remains with INXReady.
7. Data protection and confidentiality
Do not collect or request INXReady passwords, interview documents or private customer information. If you collect personal data through your own promotion, you are responsible for providing appropriate privacy information and having a lawful basis. Non-public commercial, campaign and security information must be protected and used only for the programme.
8. Account security and conduct
Your affiliate portal uses a dedicated password and may only be used by authorised people. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your application and channel information current.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation by written notice. INXReady may suspend access, campaigns or attribution immediately where necessary to investigate security, fraud, misleading promotion, legal risk, inactivity or a material breach. On termination, stop presenting yourself as an INXReady affiliate and remove controlled programme assets.
10. Service and liability
The programme does not guarantee traffic, conversions, income, continued campaign availability or a particular customer outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from programme participation.
11. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security or programme changes and will provide reasonable notice where the change materially affects active partners. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to support@inaxx.co.uk.
