Information we collect

We collect application contact details, organisation or channel information, website, country, audience description, estimated reach, agreement records and review status. For approved affiliates we process portal security records, campaign codes, referral-link clicks, attributed transactions, commission settings and programme communications.

Referral and campaign measurement

When someone follows an affiliate link, we may record the campaign, time, broad country and referring page needed to measure programme performance and prevent misuse. We do not give affiliates private customer interview information. Conversion reports use limited transaction and attribution data.

Why we use information

We use this information to review applications, administer the agreement, secure accounts, attribute campaigns, calculate reporting estimates, communicate programme information, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, our basis is performance of the programme agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the programme, consent where specifically requested, or legal obligation.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by vetted hosting, email, analytics, payment and professional-service providers acting under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell partner application data. International processing is protected as required by applicable data-protection law.

Retention and your rights

We retain application, agreement, security and attribution records only for as long as reasonably needed for programme administration, disputes, security and legal obligations.
