Information we collect

We collect application identity and contact details, organisation, website, country, customer channel, estimated reach, application notes and agreement records. Approved profiles include security events, authorised contact information, payment instructions, commercial settings and administrative actions.

Customer activation records

For each reseller activation we record the customer account identifier, package, access term, payment reference, amount, currency, coupon attribution, reseller identity and timestamps. These records support fulfilment, security, reconciliation, support and audit.

Purpose and lawful basis

We process data to review applications, administer the reseller agreement, secure portal access, fulfil customer activations, maintain accurate records, prevent fraud, handle support and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, our basis is performance of an agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent where specifically requested, or legal obligation.

Sharing and safeguards

Information may be processed by vetted hosting, email, payment and professional-service providers under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell application or customer activation data. Resellers must independently comply with privacy requirements for information they collect through their own business and payment channels.

Retention and rights

Application, agreement, security and activation records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, customer support, disputes, security and legal obligations.
